If you have some spring freshening up to do, here are some ‘neutral’ ways to brighten up your apartment.  With spring here, I am in the mood for sunlight and a feeling of clean.  I have the urge to purge all of my unwanted items and refresh my space.  These looks are inspiring me, and maybe they will have the same effect on  you.  HAPPY SPRING EQUINOX!

Tea Time

What’s not to like about this spot? Waking up to this in the morning or coming home at night to have a spot of tea would be quite pleasant! The white is fresh, simple and appealing.

Texture along with color make a room interesting. The weave of a fabric can be art in itself. I have always loved the titles given to certain fabrics and the color names; it lures you into using them in your own apartment…if only a touch of it. Maybe just a pillow or two will satisfy! Perhaps just a little accent color from a favorite painting…

Sigh!
